The restaurant only serves the best that German, Austrian and Swiss cuisine has to offer. From the north sea to the alps – all of the dishes have their roots in german-speaking countries. Seasonality is top priority here. The corner stone of the culinary concept is a three-course menu – the so-called Herzstück menu.
